Sponsor the 2017 Festival!

Sponsors make it possible for the Festival to book amazing artists and take care of vital overhead costs like insurance, staging and sound, sanitation, and first aid. Having sponsorship funds ahead of the Festival means that we can plan and deliver amazing entertainment, exciting contest prizes, dynamic workshops, and special extras like our new Concert in the Park community program, and our Volunteer Appreciation program.  Thanks to our generous sponsors who helped us launch the festival in 2016.

Coming Soon! We have re-vamped our sponsorship program to give our sponsors more flexibility with their sponsor benefits. Please contact the Festival Executive Committee if you have any questions.

Our Audience:

The Festival Planning Team projects that approximately 2,000 people per day will attend the festival.  Informal marketing efforts have already started, with the Festival reaching dedicated Bluegrass festival audiences throughout Washington, Oregon, Idaho, and British Columbia.

In general, we know a bit about the national Bluegrass audience:  the US Census Bureau determined that 29.3% of the population, that’s 51 million people, like bluegrass music and 1.8 million consider it their favorite type of music. In general, Bluegrass fans are active in sports and outdoor activities, are avid gardeners and readers, make their own home improvements and repairs and attend cultural events and festivals. Fans tend to fall into the 25-54 age range and more specifically, we know the following about bluegrass fans:

  • 50% earn more than $75,000 annually
  • 74% own their own home
  • 73% participate in outdoor recreational activities
  • 69% travel out of state to attend other bluegrass and music related events
  • 90.6% are regular radio listeners
  • 76% own at least one acoustic instrument
  • 67% own more than one instrument
